TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • WARRANTY

    All products sold are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty to be free of any defects in workmanship for the set warranty period of the product as determined by each manufacturer. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred.


    This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear items, including but not limited to: seals, packings, valves, O-rings, spark plugs etc. Warranty does not include normal maintenance like oil changes, filters or valve adjustments. Nor does it include misuse of product. Warranty approval is at the sole discretion of the manufacturers.


    In no event shall We be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from the sale or use of the product. This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of this warranty. In addition, We do not imply any warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, after the applicable term of this warranty ends.


    Also, repair issues not warrantable/including but not limited to, are:

    • Unit that has been tipped over (oil contaminates spark plug and air filter)
    • Units that has been run on a little or no oil
    • Units that has been run with old/ stale fuel
    • Lack of maintance, (ex, Oil Changes, Air Filter, Valve Adjustments)

  • RETURN POLICY

    A return authorization is required from us no exeption and only applies to new products still in original packaging. All sales after seven days are final.


    • Any items returned without authorization will not receive credit
    • Shipping is paid and arranged by sender
    • All items are subject to 20% restocking fee at our discretion 
    • Any returned products should be in salable condition 

  • SHIPPING RATES

    Shipping rates from RMG Group products will vary depending on the location of the purchase and the weight of the items.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT

    Technical Support is available from our technical staff  from Mondays to Fridays from 8:00am to 4:30pm

  • SHIPPING CLAIMS

    Freight Damage – is defined by product arriving with observable damage to package and/or product and MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Damaged packaging must be photographed immediately to document the claim. 


    Records 

    If freight company is arranged by dealer, then it is incumbent on them to contact their own freight company and file a claim directly with them. 


    If we arrange freight, it is necessary to contact us. with the following information (regardless of receipt or refusal of shipment); Reference invoice of ordered product, Pictures of damage, Model number of products and Serial number must be sent to Us. 


    Upon receipt of claim We will advise on course of action to remedy situation.


  • MISSING PARTS CLAIM

    Missing products or accessories must be reported within 48 hours of when they were noticed missing. Reference invoice of ordered products, pictures of contents received, model number and serial number must be sent to Us.


    Upon receipt of claim, we will advise on course of action to remedy situation.
